This should help with completing trades and know who to trade/not to trade with.
RULES:
1) Delivery Confirmation must be used, unless BOTH parties agree to not use it.
2) The person with the lower rating must send first. However, if both traders have at least 15 POSITIVE ratings, both parties must send their cards at the same time.
3) Cards MAY NOT be shipping in a Plain White Envolope, unless agreed upon between BOTH traders.
4) All cards in the deal must be "protected" in some way. Whether it be a top loader, penny sleeve, or team bag, use whatever is neccessary to insure that the cards will get to the recipient in the same condition that you had them.
5) If someone has a NEU or NEG rating, they must send first.

got the cards today, david. 3 of them have dimpling on the front from something small and round (dirt?) getting in between the card and the sleeve. 2 aren't that bad, but the leon hall looks like a golf ball in the bottom right corner. and all of them were in old sleeves and loaders. most of the sleeves even had dust and little bits of junk on the inside of them. not sure if these are just old cards that you kinda threw to the side, or what. let me know your thoughts, please.

I have never traded with others on this group in the past. And I asked you to return the cards. You refused. If you are going to ban me atleast do it for honest reasons instead of lying about it. I also expect my Cards returned or Charges will be filed against you.

Well there is some issues with what he stated on why I was banned. As can be clearly seen in the messages above I did not call him a Liar. I simply asked for a scan and that he return the cards. Now I did reuse toploaders but they were not dirty. They just had tape on top of them. But then again we traded for the cards not the Toploaders. He stated that I had been banned on several forums which is a lie. I am a member of a few forums and I am in good standing in all of them.
Now as for the rest If the cards were as damaged as he stated why say they are ok and say he will keep them. Why not simply give me a scan of the cards? Instead he banned me. Why? Because there was no damage and he lied about the whole situation. How can I say this Simple. I have a Video showing my packing the cards. That and Shawn has done this Before to RG3NFL on scf:

Dude same thing happened to me I did a trade with him for an Anotnio Cromartie Sage Hit Rookie Auto /999 and something else, and they were all beat up and basically ruined! then when I went back i was banned!
So it starting to sound like a recurring thing with Shawn. He makes trades then bans people before they can complain. No wonder he has the highest trading rating on the other group. So so far I have lost this:
Now I know There were somethings I missed on this trade that should have warned me:
Wanting me to send to another person
Expecting me to send first because of his 45 rating when I have 279
But I say to you all lets let this guy know how dissatisfied we are with Liars like him. Lets give Shawn Welker a taste of his own medicine.

They are somehow connected to FACEBOOK GROUP SPORTS CARDS TRADING
Although the 2 groups share a rating system, Sports Cards Trading states publicly that they are in no way responsible for any transaction occuring on FootballCardsRule. FootballcardsRule do not have their own Rating system. And thus SportscardTrading records and updates any transactions from FCR on theirs.

this is getting outta hand man . I know we have had issues in the past . I was only defending Shawn on that page cause he is a friend , like I would with you . If you have an issue with Shawn , its with Shawn . It has nothing to do with my page . I apologize for talking the way I did to you , your right that should have never happened . The issues we had in the past I even tried to keep you on the page , you know I am a fair guy weather you want to admit it or not . But dragging me down for Shawns actions is wrong and you know it .

So No Apology and he never stated that what his admin did and what Shawn Welker did was wrong!!! Just that Shawn Welker did them wrong...... Hmm so I have added a disclaimer on top. You got your wish Sports Cards Trading. If they were sincere I would think they would either cut off association with that other group or allow you to leave him feedback with their rating system. Neither have happened.
